The role

Technical leaders are responsible for delivering high-quality software and systems that fulfill customer requirements. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team and aligning the technical direction. Providing a strong technical direction involves establishing a technical vision, resolving technical disagreements and managing the technical quality of team deliverables.

As accountable for delivering the TL must manage a development team and a functional backlog to cover the full Software Development Life Cycle.

What are you going to do? 

Designing and implementing end-to-end ML inference pipelines.   

Designing and implementing continuous monitoring pipelines for AI solutions deployed in production environments.

  Designing and implementing feedback loops for AI solutions deployed in production environments.

  Designing and implementing ETL pipelines for AI solutions deployed in production environments.

  Designing and implementing automated continuous model training and evaluation pipelines for AI solutions deployed in production environments. 

What will make you succeed in your role?✌️:

• Wide experience working with GIT
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
• Experience with fine-tuning ML and DL algorithms.
• Experience with model monitoring and observability.
• Minimum experience working with feature stores.
• Minimum experience in working with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Minimum experience working with different database types such as SQL, Document-oriented, Key-Value, Time Series.
• Minimum experience working with some event brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS...
• Experience working with API frameworks.
• Minimum experience working with Protobuf.
• Data Architectures designed for exploiting and using Machine Learning techniques.
• Minimum experience of using Python 3.8+ and PyTorch.
• Fluent in English & Spanish for day-to-day, customer meetings and reporting.
• Strong self-taught and proactivity capabilities.
• Problem-solving and autonomy when facing new challenges.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with fully automated CI/CD environments.
• Comfortable with TDD/ATDD.
• Experience working with Graph databases.
• Some experience with Golang.
• Other programming languages: Node.js, C/C++ or Java.
• Desire to learn & constant curiosity.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and projects.
